Product Information
HODAKYEE offers products from different Asian designer brands. We make reasonable efforts to present product images, colors, measurements, materials and descriptions accurately. However, variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, production batches and manual measurement.
Manual measurements may vary by 1–3 cm. Before purchasing, please check the size chart provided on the individual product page or refer to our Size Guide.
Prices & Payment
Product prices may change without notice. Your order will be charged according to the final price, currency, discount, shipping cost and applicable taxes shown at checkout.
If a product price, promotion, inventory status or other website information contains an obvious error, we may correct the information or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and authorized payment and billing information.
Order Confirmation & Acceptance
An automatic order confirmation only confirms that we have received your order. Your order is accepted when it has been dispatched and a shipping confirmation has been issued.
Before dispatch, we may limit or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product unavailability;
- Payment failure or inability to verify payment;
- Suspected fraud or unusual transaction activity;
- An obvious pricing or website information error;
- An incomplete or undeliverable address;
- A violation of purchase quantity limits;

If we cancel a paid order, we will notify you and refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact info@hodakyee.com as soon as possible. Once processing or shipping has begun, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.

To support fair access to limited releases and prevent automated purchasing or unauthorized bulk resale, we may limit quantities purchased by the same customer, account, payment method, billing address or shipping address.
We may cancel orders that attempt to bypass these limits or that appear fraudulent or intended for unauthorized resale.
Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Order processing, delivery, shipping costs, taxes and shipment issues are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Return eligibility, request deadlines, item conditions and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.
